Terms & Conditions

  1. Our package rates will be applicable only if the number of guests is 1000 or above.
  2. If the number of guests decreases, the per-person rate will increase.
  3. These package rates are strictly for Ahmedabad city. Transport charges will be extra for outside locations.
  4. The package prices are approximate. Final prices will be given after finalizing the menu items.
  5. GST charges will be extra.
  6. Charges for PRO Girls, VIP Boys, and Counter Display Themes will be extra.
  7. Any items not included in the package menu will be charged extra.
  8. Speciality counter dishes will be counted along with the main course.
  9. Lunch party timing is until 3:00 PM and Dinner party timing is until 12:00 Midnight. Overtime service charges will be extra.
  10. The quality of any cooked food will remain good for up to 4 hours from the agreed party time. We will not be responsible after that.
  11. Food management can be done for up to 10% more guests than the finalized number. For guests beyond that, a 20% extra charge per person will apply.
  12. The final bill will be calculated based on whichever is higher: the finalized number of guests or the actual count at the counter.
  13. The party has to pay a 70% advance payment. The remaining 30% payment must be made within 5 days of order completion.
  14. Any reduction in the number of guests must be informed 2 days in advance. No reductions will be accepted after that.
  15. The party plot/hall must be handed over to us 24 hours before the function.
